Trevor is a professional certified personal trainer who helps people with a wide variety of needs; including general health, weight loss, strength training, sport specific athletic skills, and conditioning. He is excited to work with all types of individuals looking to achieve any health and fitness goals.

Trevor believes general health is essential for everyone. Cardiovascular training, strength training, and nutrition levels are the foundations of becoming more healthy. He will create a training program that involves all these aspects that you will WANT to follow. He can also advise you on taking supplements and vitamins to increase your general health.

Trevor works with anyone who needs help with weight/fat loss and managing it. A balance of cardiovascular, strength training, and nutrition is crucial for Trevor to develop a program that fits your goals. This program will increase your metabolism and build lean muscle mass. Along with nutrition guidelines and supplement advice you will reach your goals!

As a Division II athlete Trevor knows what it takes to train and compete in athletics at the collegiate level. He will help in every aspect of sports specific training such as strength, cardiovascular, balance and nutrition. Trevor can help all athletes improve including but not limited to:
